National University initiates two-day D-Nothi workshop for paperless administration
National University Launches D-Nothi Training
- National University launched a two-day training program on 'D-Nothi' to advance paperless operations.

- 25 officials are being trained to act as Master Trainers across university departments.
To ensure transparency, speed, and accountability in administrative tasks and to establish a paperless governance ecosystem, National University has inaugurated a two-day training workshop on the 'D-Nothi' (Digital Nothi) system. Organized by the Human Resource Development and Integrity Department, the program kicked off on Friday (August 21) at the university's main campus.
This initiative has been taken for the first time under the guidance of Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. A S M Amanullah, aiming to digitize administrative processes across all academic and administrative divisions.
A group of 25 officers representing various departments of the university are participating in the session. Upon completion, these trained officers will serve as Master Trainers to facilitate the full rollout of D-Nothi within their respective units.
The hands-on training covers e-Nothi and D-Nothi operational frameworks, login protocols, profile management, letter tracking, online decision-making, digital note drafting, and branch coding. Muhammad Nazmul Islam, Additional Director, and Dwijendra Chandra Das, Deputy Director of the ICT Division at UGC, are serving as expert trainers.
The session was facilitated by Muhammad Kamal Hasan, Acting Director of the HRD and Integrity Department. The workshop concludes on Saturday (August 22) with a final assessment and certificate distribution.
