OPPO Photography Contest Final Reached

Leveraging mobile camera innovations and AI imaging capabilities, the grand finale of 'OPPO Photography Contest 2026' concluded to mark World Photography Day. The announcement was shared via a press release on Thursday (August 20, 2026). Titled 'Every Photo Tells a Story' and presented by the OPPO Reno15 Series 5G, the competition drew a record-breaking 23,000-plus submissions from across the country.
Organized in strategic partnership with visual arts institution Pathshala South Asian Media Institute, the contest evaluated smartphone imagery across five dedicated categories: Portrait, Nature & Wildlife, Street & Architecture, Low Light, and Heritage & Culture.
The Grand Winner receives BDT 100,000 in cash, an OPPO flagship smartphone, and a specialized photography course at Pathshala. Additionally, the Elite Winner receives BDT 50,000, the Master Winner gets BDT 30,000, and Category Winners secure BDT 20,000 each alongside smartphones and certified photography training.
Damon Yang, General Manager of OPPO Bangladesh Authorized Exclusive Distributor, noted that photography remains a core pillar of tech innovation and youth expression. He stated that over 23,000 shared stories reflect the growing creative momentum of smartphone photography, reinforcing the brand's commitment to delivering advanced computational imaging and community platforms.
