Cineplus Studio is officially launching its journey as a new film and content production house with a family drama titled 'Babar Diary', timed for International Father's Day. The fiction will be released tonight, June 20, at 7:00 PM on the studio's official YouTube channel, marking the channel's inaugural release.

Veteran actor Azizul Hakim leads the cast as Anis Saheb, a selfless and affectionate father who faces neglect and emotional distress from his son and daughter-in-law, eventually moving to an old-age home.

The plot unfolds to show the son discovering his late father's hidden sacrifices and unconditional love through the pages of a personal diary when it is already too late to seek forgiveness.

The creators aimed to highlight the responsibilities, love, and respect that children owe to their parents through this production. Produced by Md. Nazmul Haque, the drama is written, scripted, and directed by Samrat Chowdhury. Ariful Islam handled the cinematography, Samrat Azad edited the project, and Shahriar Rafat composed the background music.

Alongside Azizul Hakim, the cast includes Junaed Bogdadi, Misti Ghosh, and Tomal Mahbub, among others. Driven by a vision to represent Bangladeshi culture and social values globally, the team views 'Babar Diary' as an emotionally significant start to their journey.
