Energypac Launches ‘SalesVolt Transformation Program’
Energypac, a leading power engineering company in the country, has conducted a training program titled ‘SalesVolt Transformation Program’ aimed at enhancing employees’ sales capabilities and improving work quality. The program was held at Energypac’s office ‘Energy Point’ in Tejgaon, Dhaka. More than 50 employees, including heads of various departments, participated in the training.
The training was conducted by renowned power trainer and business coach Md. Fakhruddin Asif.
On Thursday, April 30, the organization stated that the recently held training sessions primarily focused on the company’s key objectives. Emphasis was placed on strategic alignment, fostering an improved work mindset, and accurately evaluating performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The training also covered strategies for tackling market challenges and building customer trust. In addition, techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) were discussed to enhance employees’ mental resilience and emotional intelligence.
Participants also worked on identifying current market challenges and developing new strategies to address them. Discussions included strengthening strategic coordination among different departments and business units, as well as exploring new business opportunities.
Energypac has plans to bring more employees from other departments under this training program in the future.
