Copilot Conversations: Nadella Replaces Podcasts with AI Discussions

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has revealed that he no longer listens to podcasts. Instead, he uploads podcast transcripts to Copilot and engages in automated discussions with the AI assistant, according to TechCrunch.

This personal habit of Nadella was highlighted in a recent profile published by Bloomberg, which primarily focused on Microsoft’s AI strategy and its evolving partnership with OpenAI. Nadella explained that during his commute to work, he uses Copilot to comprehend podcast content through interactive conversation.

“I now just upload the transcript to Copilot and talk it over,” Nadella said.

He further shared that he uses at least ten custom agents built in Copilot Studio. These agents help him summarize emails, prepare for meetings, and manage various official tasks.

Artificial intelligence has already brought significant changes within Microsoft. Recently, layoffs have particularly affected programmers. According to Nadella, this shift is due to the fact that “30 percent of Microsoft’s code is now written by AI.”
