Sylhet: To foster experience sharing, business networking, and mutual collaboration among entrepreneurs, growth and marketing agency Next Leaders organized a 'Founders Gate-Together and Networking Session' in Sylhet. At Grand Mostafa Hotel Ababil in Sylhet, the daylong event held on Saturday (August 8) brought together around 40 founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners from Sylhet, Dhaka, and Chittagong—most of whom operate online businesses.
The sessions focused on customer acquisition, sales and marketing strategies, business expansion, brand building, and operational challenges. Participants also exchanged views on leveraging technology for business scaling, creating robust networks, and unlocking collaborative growth opportunities. The event was moderated by Next Leaders Chairman and Founder Omar Sharif Ibne Hai, who brings over 22 years of experience in 365 e-commerce, business development, and marketing.
Addressing the gathering, Omer Sharif Ibney Hai stated, "Entrepreneurs often face similar challenges, but effective platforms for sharing practical experiences remain scarce. We believe events like this will facilitate peer learning, network building, and create new avenues for collaboration."
