Top-performing teams from the national round will secure prestigious slots to represent Bangladesh in two major international events:
September 25–27, 2026: WRO Open Championship (Asia-Pacific) in India.
December 8–10, 2026: The 22nd World Robot Olympiad International Final in Puerto Rico, USA.

Four Categories and Age Groups
WRO Bangladesh 2026 is categorized into four distinct segments:

Future Innovators & RoboMission: Elementary (Ages 8–12), Junior (Ages 11–15), and Senior (Ages 14–19).

Regional competitions will be hosted across four major divisions: United International University (UIU) in Dhaka, Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) in Khulna, Chittagong Independent University (CIU) in Chattogram, and Saidpur Cantonment Public School and College (CPSCS) in Rangpur.

Organized by the Bangladesh Open Source Network (BdOSN), the event features 'Brain Station 23' as the Gold Sponsor, 'Creative IT Institute' as the Silver Sponsor, 'Grey Matter Robotics' as the Knowledge Partner, and 'The Business Standard (TBS)' as the Media Partner.

Organizers emphasized that beyond national pride, high standings in WRO open doors for students to secure coveted academic scholarships in leading international technology universities.
