Tech giant Walton is expanding its reach in the international market aiming to secure a position among the world's top global electronics brands. To achieve this goal, the company is working to expand its brand business across 100 countries worldwide. As part of this ongoing expansion, the North African nation of Libya has recently joined Walton's global business network.

A partnership agreement was recently signed between Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC and Libyan electronics marketing firm 'Asar Al Teqnia' at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital. Under the agreement, Asar Al Teqnia will act as the distributor of Walton products in Libya, marketing and selling refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, and washing machines.

Walton Hi-Tech Additional Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Md. Ziaul Alam FCA, ACA (ICAEW) and Asar Al Teqnia Managing Director Al Sadik Al Tahir Al Sageer Karah signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Head of Walton Global Business Division Abdur Rouf stated, "Walton remains ahead of other brands in the international market due to innovative technology, modern design, durability, high quality, energy efficiency, eco-friendliness, and competitive pricing. Consequently, the brand is earning consumer trust globally within a short period."

He noted that two shipments of Walton refrigerators, ACs, TVs, and washing machines have already been exported to Libya this year. The expansion into Libya is expected to ease market entry into other North African nations.

Walton Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed, Deputy Head of Walton Global Business Division Saied Al Imran, and Country Manager for Libya Abdul Latif Pramanik were also present at the signing ceremony.
