Guardian’s Protection Umbrella Covers Fiber@Home Employees

Guardian Life Insurance Limited has brought private telecom company Fiber@Home Limited under its extensive insurance coverage. Representing Guardian at the signing ceremony were Chief Enterprise Business Officer Saniat Rahman, Senior Vice President and Head of Group Business Gazi Rafi Ahmed Shams, Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of Group Services Iftekhar Ahmed, Senior Assistant Vice President and Group Business Lead Mohammad Shoaib, and Key Account Manager–Group Business Mubassir Bushra.

On behalf of Fiber@Home Limited, attendees included Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jasim Uddin, Company Secretary Kazi Salauddin, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Md. Masud Rabbi, Senior Manager (HR) Md. Lutful Kabir, and Deputy Manager (HR) Saddam Hossain, along with other senior officials from both organizations.

According to a press release issued on May 17, the formal signing took place on May 10 at Guardian’s head office in Gulshan, Dhaka. Guardian’s Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, and Fiber@Home Limited’s Managing Director Brigadier General Md. Rafiqul Rahman, psc (Retd.), signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. This new partnership ensures that Fiber@Home employees and their families will now enjoy integrated benefits of financial security and health care.

Under the agreement, Fiber@Home employees and their families will receive Guardian’s life insurance protection along with access to healthcare services from more than 450 partner hospitals nationwide. Officials stated that the partnership is part of a continuous initiative to provide modern and comprehensive facilities for corporate employees.

Speaking about the agreement, Sheikh Rakibul Karim said, “Integrated employee benefits are now crucial for attracting and retaining qualified and skilled professionals. We are delighted to ensure reliable life insurance and healthcare facilities for Fiber@Home employees and their families.
