Islami Bank Awards Fourth Motorcycle in Remittance Festival Draw
A customer of the Naria Branch in Shariatpur has won the fourth motorcycle under a cash remittance festival organized by Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC in partnership with Ria Money Transfer. The winner, Renu Begum, received the prize against a remittance of Tk 85,300 sent by Italy expatriate Masum Hossain.
The digital raffle draw was held on Wednesday, February 25, at Islami Bank Tower. The event was attended by the bank’s Additional Managing Director Altaf Hossain as the chief guest. Also present were Motahar Hossain Molla, Head of the bank’s Foreign Remittance Services Division; Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Head of the Overseas Banking Division; and Rashedul Islam Talukdar, Country Manager of Ria Money Transfer Bangladesh.
It has been announced that on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Islami Bank is offering a total of 20 motorcycles to cash remittance recipients through Ria Money Transfer via digital raffle draws. One motorcycle is being awarded on each banking working day (Sunday to Thursday). In addition, remittance customers will receive common gift items.
The promotional offer will continue until March 18, 2026.
