Health Minister and Minister of State exchange greetings with officials
On the first working day of the new government, the Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Bir Muktijoddha (Freedom Fighter) Sardar Md. Sakhawat Hossain, and the Minister of State, M. A. Muhit, exchanged greetings with officials of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Muhit also serves as the Minister of State for Post, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.
They entered the Health and Family Welfare Ministry building at the Secretariat at approximately 12:45 PM on Wednesday, 18th February.
The Health Minister exchanged greetings with officials of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in his office. Subsequently, the Minister toured various departments of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Health Secretary Saidur Rahman and other ministry officials were present at the time.
The Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Health reported that the new Health Minister and Minister of State will hold a meeting with journalists on Thursday, 19th February, in the morning.
