Expanding promotional customer incentives ahead of the year-end retail cycle, domestic consumer electronics brand Marcel has rolled out its nationwide "Digital Campaign Season-25." Under the campaign umbrella, consumers purchasing Marcel refrigerators, smart televisions, air conditioners, or ceiling fans and completing point-of-sale digital registration stand to secure bundled household suites of complimentary appliances, international travel vouchers, cash rebates, and guaranteed retail rewards through 31 December 2026.
The formal commencement of Season-25 was unveiled at Marcel’s corporate headquarters in Dhaka. Company Chairman S. M. Shamsul Alam, Vice Chairman S. M. Ashraful Alam, and Managing Director S. M. Mahbubul Alam addressed corporate personnel, field managers, and regional distributors via digital video link.
Under the operational workflow, showroom agents log the customer's name, active contact number, and product serial barcode into Marcel’s centralized digital database directly after purchase. An automated computerized engine processes the transaction log and dispatches immediate reward allocations via return SMS, following which the authorized outlet fulfills the allocated prize.
The flagship "houseful gifts" package features an extensive lineup of essential domestic appliances, including auxiliary refrigerators, split air conditioners, smart LED televisions, automated washing machines, microwave ovens, gas stoves, infrared cookers, electric rice cookers, blenders, ceiling fans, rechargeable emergency fans, geysers, electric irons, and electric kettles.
Delivering the executive address, Chairman S. M. Shamsul Alam highlighted that substantial nationwide participation across prior iterations guided the launch of Season-25, anticipating sustained consumer enthusiasm. Vice Chairman S. M. Ashraful Alam urged distribution networks and sales forces to streamline customer touchpoints and maintain seamless transparency across local retail clusters.
Managing Director S. M. Mahbubul Alam noted that Marcel’s competitive advantages stem from high durability, operational energy efficiency, and cost efficiency, directing regional units to aggressively scale promotional reach regarding product warranties and promotional packages.
Strategically, the continuous rollout of the digital campaign series underpins Marcel’s migration toward a fully computerized "Digital Customer Database." By mapping client data directly against hardware serial barcodes on private cloud servers, service engineers can authenticate and fulfill warranty coverage across any regional service center nationwide, even if physical warranty paper slips are misplaced.
Moderated by Marcel Brand Ambassador and actor Amin Khan, the launch event gathered Additional Managing Director Eva Rizwana Nilu, Marcel Head of Business Md. Ruhin Sabbir, Chief Marketing Officer Joheb Ahmed, alongside key executive leadership, official sources confirmed.
