Bangladesh-based courier service provider Steadfast has unveiled a new brand identity, focusing on digital automation, parcel tracking, faster delivery and digital payment services for e-commerce entrepreneurs.

The new identity was unveiled at an event held at Steadfast’s headquarters in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on Saturday. Breakbyte managed the event.

Steadfast Founder and Managing Director KM Ridwanul Bari Jion presented the key elements of the new brand identity. Later, Chairman Zoiria Mostari unveiled the new logo in the presence of e-commerce entrepreneurs, merchants and company officials.

The new Steadfast logo features a kite at its centre. According to the company, although a kite flies in the sky, its string remains in the hands of the person flying it. Similarly, wherever a merchant’s parcel travels, the merchant will retain control and access to relevant delivery information.

Based on this concept, the company has adopted the new tagline “Asthar Ghuri, Apnar Hatee”. Its existing slogan, “Sobar Agee, Sobkhane”, will remain unchanged.

The new identity reflects Steadfast’s focus on expanding digital automation for e-commerce entrepreneurs, improving parcel traceability, increasing nationwide coverage, enabling faster and safer deliveries and further digitising payment processes.

Steadfast said more than 300,000 e-commerce entrepreneurs currently rely on its delivery services, supported by several thousand delivery riders operating across the country.

The company provides home delivery services in every union, including remote and hard-to-reach areas. This enables entrepreneurs in those locations to send products to customers across Bangladesh.

Steadfast is also expanding into cross-border e-commerce, allowing Bangladeshi entrepreneurs to send products to international markets.

Despite the new brand identity, Steadfast said its existing terms and conditions for merchants will remain unchanged. Delivery charges, next-day payments, rider services and coverage will continue as before.

Speaking at the event, Jion said, “Ten years ago, we started with just a few people. Today, our riders are reaching every union across the country. Our work has not changed, but our capabilities have. Steadfast today is not only fast but also technology-driven. The new logo recognises that transformation.”

Zoiria Mostari said, “The kite is ours, while the string and the spool are in the hands of our merchants. Going forward, we want to further strengthen that trust by investing in technology, infrastructure and people.”

A documentary highlighting Steadfast’s 10-year journey was screened at the event, showcasing the company’s expansion and evolution of its technology-driven delivery services.
