Xiaomi Launches Redmi 17 in Bangladesh Featuring 7,500 mAh Battery & Gorilla Glass 7i
Global technology brand Xiaomi Bangladesh has officially launched its new smartphone, the Redmi 17. Packed with a 7,500 mAh battery, 45W turbo charging, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, and dynamic RGB lighting, the smartphone starts at BDT 22,999.
Dhaka, August 6, 2026: Xiaomi Bangladesh has officially introduced its latest smartphone, the Redmi 17, tailored to deliver durable performance for daily power users. The device comes built with a 7,500 mAh battery, Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, and a dynamic RGB light design on the back panel.
The smartphone features a 6.9-inch display supported by a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is driven by the MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra processor and runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3, offering rated performance smoothness for up to four years. For charging, it integrates a 45W turbo charging setup capable of delivering a 50% charge in 45 minutes.
On the optics front, the Redmi 17 houses a 50 MP AI dual-camera system. Additionally, the phone carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Available in Oak Green, Deep Blue, and Black, the Redmi 17 comes in two storage configurations: the 4GB + 128GB variant is priced at BDT 22,999 (VAT applicable), while the 6GB + 128GB variant is available for BDT 24,999 (VAT applicable). The handset is currently available across all authorized Xiaomi stores and retail partner outlets nationwide.
