Within just one day of its launch on August 4, a total of 5,443 subscribers have availed of the special offer, with the vast majority belonging to the youth demographic, according to official sources.
Rolled out under the guidance of Postal, Telecommunications, and ICT Minister Fakir Mahbub Anam, the campaign offers Teletalk's youth-centric 'Gen-Z' SIM—originally valued at BDT 150—for just BDT 36. Following the announcement, Teletalk Customer Care Centers and service points across the country reported a significant increase in footfall as eager young users lined up to purchase the SIM.
Furthermore, existing and new customers across all Teletalk packages can activate a special promotional bundle offering 36 minutes of talktime and 3.6 GB of internet data (valid for 7 days) for just BDT 36. Subscribers can easily claim the offer by dialing the designated USSD code or through a direct recharge of BDT 36.
