Major General Mohammad Osman Sarwar Appointed The New DG of NTMC
Amid pre-election reshuffle discussions, the government has made a leadership change at the National Telecommunication Monitoring Centre (NTMC). Brigadier General Mohammad Osman Sarwar has been promoted to Major General and appointed as the new Director General of NTMC, replacing Major General Abdul Kaiyum Molla.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued the transfer order on Sunday, November 9, stating that Mohammad Osman Sarwar’s posting has been transferred from the Army to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Simultaneously, Major General Abdul Kaiyum Molla has been relieved from his position as Director General of NTMC and reassigned back to the Army.
