Suzuki Sets a Service Standard: Bangladesh Launches Largest Global Service Arena

Suzuki Bangladesh has inaugurated a new Service Arena, marking a milestone in the nation’s automotive industry. The facility, the largest of its kind in Suzuki’s global network, represents a new chapter in customer service and technical excellence.

To celebrate the grand opening, Suzuki announced a 25% discount on service charges and Ecstar lubricants from November 1 to November 15.

Located at 67 Shahid Aziz Hall Road in Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, the state-of-the-art 22,000-square-foot Service Arena integrates Suzuki’s globally acclaimed 5S system—Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Safety/Riding School, and Skill/Technician Training—under one roof. This unified structure ensures a complete customer experience, from motorcycle purchase and maintenance to safety training and skill development.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Imran Zaman Khan, Divisional Director of Automobile Division 3, and Kazi Ashiqur Rahman, Executive Director of the same division, among other distinguished guests.

During the event, Divisional Director Imran Zaman Khan said, “We are delighted to set a new benchmark in Bangladesh’s motorcycle service sector. This Service Arena will not only enhance service quality but also play a crucial role in developing skilled riders and technicians. I believe it will lay a strong foundation for the future of the transport sector while ensuring world-class service for our customers.”

Executive Director Kazi Ashiqur Rahman added, “This is Suzuki’s largest 5S center within its global service network—a reflection of our commitment to customer convenience, safety, and innovation. The 22,000-square-foot world-class service space includes 32 ramps for faster and smarter service delivery. The complete integration of service, spare parts, riding school, and technician training will elevate Suzuki’s tradition of excellence to a new height.”

The new Service Arena further reinforces Suzuki’s dedication to innovation and premium customer care. Equipped with advanced machinery, skilled personnel, genuine parts, and a specialized riding school, the facility is designed to meet every need of motorcycle users with efficiency and reliability.
