Vivo Launches ‘Service Day’ With Free Labor and Exclusive Customer Perks
Vivo Bangladesh has announced the launch of its customer-focused campaign, Vivo Service Day, offering a wide range of repair and support services free of labor charges. The service campaign is currently underway and will continue until June 26 at all authorized Vivo service centers across the country.
According to Vivo Bangladesh, “Customers will not be required to pay any additional service fee for phone repairs under the free labor charge facility.” The company has also introduced a 10% discount on various accessories including chargers, cables, and earphones.
Additional complimentary services include “free protective film, free software updates, free sanitization and cleaning services,” as stated by the company. For mobile gamers, Vivo is offering “a special game service activity,” aimed at enhancing their device performance.
In select cases, customers may also benefit from “flash repair services completed within just one hour,” depending on the nature of the problem.
Customers are encouraged to visit any of Vivo’s 30 authorized service centers across the country to avail these services directly.
