BSCL Begins Commercial Connectivity with New Website

For the first time, Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL) has launched a dedicated commercial website in addition to its official government portal. A visit to BSCL’s web portal on Thursday revealed that a link to the new commercial site has been shared just below the banner section. The commercial site features tabs such as “Services” and “Coverage,” though the “Notices” tab redirects users to the main government portal.

According to a post on BSCL’s official social media handle, the new commercial website aims to “enhance communication with more customers and people from diverse professions both at home and abroad.” The initiative was taken by the company’s Managing Director and CEO, Dr. Muhammad Imadur Rahman, to make BSCL’s digital communication efforts more efficient and accessible.

The post further stated that although the website has been launched on a trial basis, it will soon be fully operational with comprehensive content. Once fully launched, customers will be able to engage with BSCL online more efficiently and gain easier access to company-related information. The company emphasized that it is “working with positive and timely transformations.”
