Apple Accelerates: AI-Enhanced Smart Glasses in the Works

Apple is reportedly making rapid progress in developing its own smart glasses, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The device, being developed under the codename "N50," will incorporate Apple’s artificial intelligence technology, reports 9to5Mac.
The smart glasses are expected to be similar to Meta and Ray-Ban’s smart eyewear, but Apple is planning to deliver a more technologically advanced product at a relatively affordable price.
According to Gurman, the smart glasses will analyze the environment and provide information to the user, although it will not reach the level of full augmented reality. Due to privacy concerns, it remains undecided whether the glasses will include a camera for taking photos.
In addition, Apple is reportedly also working on a new version of AirPods equipped with cameras. Both the smart glasses and the camera-equipped AirPods are anticipated to launch around 2027.
