Renowned lens manufacturer Zeiss has previously collaborated with Vivo on several flagship smartphones from the X and V series. Now, with the introduction of the Vivo V50 in Starry Blue and Satin Black, the company promises a professional-grade portrait photography experience right from a smartphone.
According to the manufacturer, the Vivo V50 is equipped with a 1/1.55” camera sensor and AI Lighting System 2.0, ensuring clearer and more refined images, especially in low-light conditions. The device supports 4K video recording, AI Enhance, AI Erase 2.0, Film Camera Mode, and Live Photo features. Additionally, its DSLR-level stabilization ensures that even if the user’s hands shake, images remain sharp and blur-free.
The portrait mode of the Vivo V50 offers professional-level bokeh (blur) effects, making subjects stand out more prominently, replicating the feel of DSLR photography. The Zeiss-powered 50-megapixel camera lens enhances the clarity and vibrancy of each image. Furthermore, the Vivo V50 comes with Zeiss’s Multi-Focal Portrait feature, which allows shooting at focal lengths of 23mm, 35mm, or 50mm, lending a more professional touch to captured shots.
