Khaby Lame, the social media sensation who rose to global fame through TikTok, has been appointed as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The 24-year-old influencer was born in Senegal, an African nation.

After assuming his role as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, Khaby made his first public address on Friday, January 31.
