To enhance passenger convenience through modern technological and innovative services, a novel digital and lifestyle facility has been introduced in the domestic aviation sector.
On Friday, November 6, Novoair Director of Marketing and Sales Sohel Majid stated that alongside ensuring safe and comfortable travel, this international-standard step aims to deliver added value beyond the flight itself.
According to relevant sources, private airline Novoair announced the launch of the country's first-ever 'Boarding Pass Privilege Program' via a press release. The initiative has been implemented to elevate the post-travel passenger experience to global standards.
Under this new program, Novoair passengers can enjoy exclusive discounts across partner lifestyle and fashion outlets, restaurants, hotels, amusement parks, hospitals, and electronics retailers by presenting their used boarding pass within 7 days of travel.
Novoair, a pioneer in introducing Bangladesh's first 'SMILES' frequent flyer program, co-branded cards, mobile app, and web check-in, currently operates daily flights from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Saidpur.
