Bitopia unveils four new AI tech solutions

In this era of rapid IT development and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, four advanced AI-based technology solutions have been unveiled to help domestic businesses reduce operational costs, increase efficiency, and ensure data security. Bitopia Limited, a leading technology company in Bangladesh, is showcasing these solutions at the ongoing 'Bangladesh AI Business Summit 2026' at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre in Dhaka.

During the exhibition, Bitopia, at stall number 28 in the Milky Way Hall, presented 'Business Brain,' an AI agent-driven ERP solution designed to resolve daily complexities. This system integrates sales, production, supply chain, accounting, and human resource management data onto a single platform to aid decision-making.

Additionally, Bitopia's Assistant Manager (PR & Media), Md. Kabirul Islam, announced the launch of 'AI Receptionist Joya,' a solution to automate reception tasks. Joya can answer visitor queries and handle registration processes in hospitals, banks, hotels, and organizations.

Beyond these two services, 'Beto,' an AI agent operating on a dedicated GPU in Dhaka, has been introduced to mitigate information security risks for banks and government offices. Simultaneously, 'QSor,' an inference cloud, has been launched in Bangladesh for affordable local GPU usage. Beto runs on a dedicated GPU located in Dhaka, not shared with any other customer, ensuring data remains within Bangladesh. Organizations can also run their own AI like Beto on their private cloud or server. Client data is never used to train other AI models. QSor's GPU allows running open-source AI models, with costs based solely on usage. A live dashboard tracks model usage and expenses. Developers can integrate their applications, chatbots, or AI agents with QSor via API. Since the server is located within Bangladesh, data does not leave the country.

The Ministry of Science and Technology and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) jointly inaugurated this technology conference on Thursday, November 5. The summit concludes on Saturday, November 7.
