Faqir Mahbub Anam, Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, and Science and Technology, emphasised the need to strengthen cooperation and experience-sharing to deepen the longstanding friendship between the two countries.

He made the remarks during a meeting with Susan Ryle, Australian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, at the ICT Tower in Agargaon, Dhaka, on Thursday, October 29, 2026.

The minister highlighted opportunities to expand collaboration particularly in information technology, telecommunications, science, technology and innovation.
