Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) concluded the 16th edition of its flagship business competition, 'BizMaestros x Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) 2026,' with a grand finale. Following an intense final round among six shortlisted teams, Team 'Soap-or-Stars' emerged as the champion, featuring members Mir Ramisa Raiyan Rose, Faiyaz Amin Rahin, and Rushmila Habib. Meanwhile, Team 'Locked Out' and Team 'Breaking Good' secured the first and second runner-up positions, respectively.

Organized under the theme 'Disrupt to Win,' this year marked the debut of integrated platforms combining BizMaestros and UFLP to foster early career opportunities and leadership skills. The finale's judging panel comprised senior leadership from Unilever Bangladesh and the Managing Director of Bata Shoe Bangladesh, ensuring a well-rounded evaluation of the participants' innovative business solutions.

Out of numerous applicants nationwide, 18 finalists selected through rigorous bootcamps competed in the grand finale. Top-performing candidates will now receive direct entry to the final interview stage of the UFLP, along with opportunities for the Unilever Leadership Internship Programme and entry-level career placements across core business divisions.
