Cluster-based GST Universities Admission Process for 2024–'25 Academic Year Begins on 10 December

The cluster-based (GST) admission process for the 2024–25 academic year across 19 public universities—including 12 science and technology universities—will begin on 10 December and continue until 24 December. The admission tests will be held on 27 March, 3 April, and 10 April next year.

The participating science and technology universities are:
University of Frontier Technology; Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University; Patuakhali Science and Technology University; Noakhali Science and Technology University; Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST); Pabna University of Science and Technology; Gopalganj University of Science and Technology; Rangamati Science and Technology University; Jamalpur University of Science and Technology; Chandpur University of Science and Technology; Sunamganj Science and Technology University; and Pirojpur University of Science and Technology.

The general universities included in the cluster are:
Begum Rokeya University; Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University; Islamic University; Rabindra University; University of Barishal; and Kishoreganj University.

According to a notice signed by Professor Dr. Md. Monzurul Haque, Secretary of the Central Admission Committee, the written admission tests will be held under three units:

  • Unit A (Science)

  • Unit B (Humanities)

  • Unit C (Business Studies)

Students who passed SSC or equivalent examinations in 2021, 2022, or 2023, and HSC or equivalent examinations in 2024 or 2025, are eligible to apply.

The admission test dates are as follows:

  • 27 March – Unit C

  • 3 April – Unit B

  • 10 April – Unit A
