Salesforce’s Smart Shift: ‘Agentforce 360’ Sets a New Standard for Enterprise AI
Global CRM leader Salesforce has unveiled Agentforce 360, a complete platform designed to create, manage, and control reliable enterprise-level AI agents. The company announced that Agentforce Voice will be available to all client organizations starting October 21, followed by the rollout of Context Indexing later the same month. Meanwhile, Agent Scripts, the new Agentforce Builder, and Agent Graph will debut in November, with pilot versions of Agentforce Voice set for release in December.
The launch was introduced at Dreamforce 2025 in San Francisco, where Salesforce described Agentforce 360 as a platform built “to ensure consistent and contextually relevant experiences across all customer and employee interactions.” The company stated that it will enable enterprises “to move rapidly from AI prototypes to fully functional agents.”
Drawing on insights from more than 12,000 prior Agentforce implementations, Salesforce introduced Agent Script—a human-readable scripting language designed to help teams interpret complex agent behaviors. It includes advanced features such as conditional logic, guided control, and workflow handoff. Working in tandem with the configurable Atlas Reasoning Engine, Agent Script maintains an effective balance between the creativity of large language models and structured business logic. The new scripting tool is compatible with multiple AI models, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
Another highlight of the platform is Agentforce Voice, which delivers highly realistic, low-latency, voice-command-based solutions. These agents not only perform live transcriptions but can also update CRM records, trigger workflows, and execute API calls. The feature allows agents to seamlessly comprehend and continue unfinished human tasks. Agentforce Voice integrates smoothly with leading contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect, Five9, NICE, and Vonage.
Agentforce Builder provides collaborative workspaces where multiple teams can design, test, and refine agents together. It features a doc-like editor, low-code canvas, and script view, supported by the AI coding partner Agentforce Vibes, which aligns project data to deliver faster and more efficient service. Additionally, the Intelligent Context system, powered by Data 360, converts unstructured content—such as PDFs, tables, images, and flowcharts—into actionable data, enabling agents to respond swiftly and accurately within a business context.
Commenting on the platform’s impact, Jon Thompson, Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Reddit, said, “Since implementing Agentforce, Reddit has been able to assist customers 46 percent more effectively and reduce average resolution time from 8.9 minutes to just 1.4 minutes. This represents an 84 percent overall improvement in service. As a result, we can now deliver on-demand support for complex tasks, improve advertiser satisfaction scores by 20 percent, and free our human representatives from repetitive inquiries.”
