IHT and MATS 2025–26 Admission Applications Begin
The online application process for the 2025–26 academic session at the Institute of Health Technology (IHT) and the Medical Assistant Training School (MATS), both operating under the Directorate of Health Education, commenced at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 14.
The admission test for these two institutions will be held on September 19. Earlier, on Tuesday, the Directorate of Health Education issued the admission circular, signed by Professor Dr. Md. Mohiuddin Matubbor, Director (Medical Education) of the Directorate.
According to the notice, the online application process, which began today, will continue until 11:59 pm on August 27. Admission fees can be submitted until 11:59 pm on August 28. Admit cards will be available for download from 10:00 am on September 14 until 11:59 pm on September 16, while the examination will be held at 10:00 am on September 19.
The circular states that students who have passed the SSC or equivalent examinations between 2021 and 2025 in the Science group with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are eligible to apply. “Biology must be a compulsory subject in this examination, and a minimum GPA of 2.00 in the subject is required,” the notice added.
For this year, the admission fee for both IHT and MATS has been set at Tk 700.
