The Ministry of ICT Division, which leads Bangladesh’s national digital transformation efforts, is currently seeking volunteer UI/UX experts, front-end app developers, and other technical professionals to contribute to ongoing projects. Applicants from outside the country are also welcome to join remotely.

The call for applications was issued by Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, Special Assistant for ICT and Telecom Affairs to the Chief Advisor, through a post on his verified social media page.

“We need several UI/UX experts, front-end app developers. A few back-end developers and API integration experts are also required. Real developers, DevOps experts, app developers, and Java experts with high-level experience at home or abroad are requested to get in touch only if genuinely interested. Kindly share your detailed CV,” wrote Taiyeb.

He further mentioned that those interested in contributing voluntarily, either from Bangladesh or abroad, are encouraged to express their interest. Applications can be submitted via the official email: [email protected].

In response to a public query on whether the government could build a NASA-style elite team of experts from institutions working in areas such as software development, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, Taiyeb encouraged qualified individuals in those fields to also submit their CVs for consideration.

The initiative is seen as part of a broader effort to bolster the country's ICT capabilities through collaboration, volunteerism, and the inclusion of global expertise.
