Honor Opens Exclusive Service Center in Dhaka

In the past year and a half, Huawei's sub-brand Honor has established nearly 22 shared service stores across the country. With its focus on sustainability, sales have been increasing, especially through collaboration with distribution partner Smart Technologies. To cater to customers' needs for repairs and services, the first standalone and exclusive service center has been launched at the Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in the capital. A special raffle draw was held to mark the inauguration.

On Wednesday afternoon, the service center, located in Block B on the third floor of the shopping complex, was inaugurated by Lang Guo, the Country Manager of Honor. After cutting the ribbon and cake, Lang Guo stated, "This service center has been opened to provide the fastest, hassle-free, and high-quality service to customers. It will enhance the customer experience."

Other notable attendees included Deputy Country Manager Mohammad Mujahidul Islam, Head of Business Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Senior Marketing Manager of distribution partner Smart Technologies Faruk Rahman, and the service center’s Head Subin Chandra De.

Faruk Rahman, speaking about the service center, mentioned, “We hope to provide services to customers within 48 hours from this service center. In addition to one-stop solutions, official accessories and IoT peripherals will also be available. Customers will also be provided with a replacement phone for flagship phone repairs and 100x service.”

Subin Chandra De added, "Currently, there are seven employees, including three engineers, at this service center. They will be able to repair 20 sets daily. They are capable of providing all types of software and hardware-based solutions. With a sufficient stock of spare parts, customers will receive service in the shortest possible time."
