The newly appointed Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Professor Dr. Abu Sadat Muhammad Sayem, has been warmly congratulated with floral greetings by the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB), Chittagong Center.
The introductory and greeting exchange session, held at the IEB Chittagong Center premises, was graced by the center's Chairman, Engr. Monzare Khorshed Alam; Vice Chairman (Academic & HRD), Engr. Md. Sakhawat Hossain; Vice Chairman (Admin, Professional & SW), Engr. Rafikul Islam; and Honorary Secretary, Engr. Khan Aminur Rahman.
During the meeting, extensive discussions took place regarding the escalation of overall bilateral cooperation between CUET and IEB across various technological initiatives in the days ahead.
Both parties reached a strong consensus on taking proactive steps, specifically focusing on organizing engineering and technology-based technical seminars. Furthermore, they agreed on advancing advanced research methodologies by bridging the gap between academia and various industrial factories and establishments, alongside increasing institutional visits and strategic partnerships.
