Bangladesh’s popular electronics brand Marcel has awarded 120 distributor organizations for their outstanding contribution to product sales and business operations through various activities throughout the year.
Under Marcel’s nationwide distributor network spanning 50 zones, distributor organizations from different categories were recognized with these awards.
On 11 April, Saturday, at Marcel’s corporate office in the capital, the awards were handed over to the recipients in the “Yearly Award Program 2025” held under the slogan “Winning Together.” Managing Director S M Mahbubul Alam presented crests and honors to the awardees.
The Managing Director extended heartfelt congratulations and thanks to the distributors for their outstanding contribution to increasing product sales through extensive branding at the customer level.
He said that Marcel’s distributors and officials are not only driving the brand forward through various marketing and branding activities, but also contributing to the advancement of Bangladesh. “Through the tireless efforts of all of us, including you (distributors), Marcel has secured a permanent place in the hearts of the people of Bangladesh. Just as you are moving Marcel forward, Marcel is always by your side,” he said. He further announced that the continuity of such awards will be maintained to further encourage innovative and timely branding activities, and that all forms of support for distributor business operations will continue.
Among others present at the award distribution ceremony were Deputy Managing Director and Chief Information Officer Mofizur Rahman, Marcel Head of Sales Hasan Md. Ruhin Sabbir and Md. Matiur Rahman, Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed, and others.
The program was hosted by popular film actor Amin Khan. The award ceremony concluded with a colorful cultural program.
