Grameenphone Launches Prime Family Pack for Postpaid Users
Grameenphone has introduced a special Family Pack for its Prime postpaid subscribers, allowing customers to share internet data, voice minutes, and other benefits with two to five family members. Prepaid users can also access the offer by migrating to Prime and purchasing the Family Pack.
In a press release issued on Tuesday, January 6, Grameenphone said that family members often purchase separate internet and voice packages based on individual needs. The newly launched Family Pack simplifies this process by offering a single, unified package that keeps all family members seamlessly connected, eliminating the hassle of managing multiple subscriptions.
According to the company, customers can subscribe to the Family Pack through the MyGP app, retail outlets, or other digital channels. The interactive service allows users to allocate internet and minutes as needed, change family members, monitor usage patterns, and manage individual requirements with ease.
Grameenphone’s Chief Product Officer (CPO) Solaiman Alam described the Family Pack as a unique innovation in telecom products. He said the initiative aims to provide greater convenience and cost savings, enabling families to stay connected at all times without worry.
