Pacts Propel Progress: Five MoUs Signed in Health, Tech and Water Sectors

On the concluding day of the four-day investment summit organized with the support of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA), a total of five Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed in the health, technology, and water resource sectors. The signing ceremony took place at a hotel in the capital in the presence of Md. Saidur Rahman, Secretary of the Health Services Division.
The agreements included one tripartite and four bilateral MoUs, with all five being signed by Hasan Mohin Chartered Accountants. The participating entities were Universal Medical College Hospital, Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC, The Entrepreneurs Group, JPG Investments, and Hasan Mohin Chartered Accountants.
In the tripartite agreement, the MoU was signed by Hasan Imam Siddiqui, Managing Partner of Hasan Mohin Chartered Accountants; Ehtiaz Karim, Director of Beacon Pharmaceuticals PLC; and Michael Jonathan Gale, representative of The Entrepreneurs Group.
Among the bilateral MoUs, Hasan Imam Siddiqui of Hasan Mohin Chartered Accountants and Michael Jonathan Gale of The Entrepreneurs Group signed one agreement.
Another bilateral MoU was signed between Hasan Mohin Chartered Accountants and JPG Investments, represented respectively by Shah Mohin Uddin, Senior Partner, and James Pond, CEO of JPG Investments.
These five MoUs are expected to unlock new investment potentials in Bangladesh’s health, financial, and technology sectors. The private-sector-driven initiatives are anticipated to contribute positively to the flow of private investment in the national economy.
All agreements were formalized on the final day of the conference.
