Samsung Unveils Budget-Friendly Galaxy A-Series Phones

Samsung has introduced new models in its budget-friendly Galaxy A-series—the Galaxy A56, A36, and A26. These devices come with AI-powered photo editing features, similar to those seen in the Galaxy S25 series, according to a report by The Verge.

One of the key new features is "Best Face," which allows users to adjust facial expressions of up to five people within a single frame. Additionally, the phones include an enhanced object removal tool and Google's Circle to Search feature. Samsung has also promised six years of Android updates for these models.

The designs have been slightly refined, with all three models featuring a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy A56 is powered by the Exynos 1580 chip, equipped with a 50MP main camera and a 12MP selfie camera. It has a 5,000mAh battery, with the A56 and A36 supporting 45W fast charging.

The Galaxy A56 is priced at $499 and is set to launch in the U.S. later this year. The A36 and A26, priced at $399 and $299, respectively, will be released on March 26 and 28. In the U.K., these phones will be available starting March 19.
