Smart Parking Service Launched at Bangladesh Military Museum
A technology-driven parking service, “Yes Parking,” has been introduced at the Bangladesh Military Museum in the capital to make vehicle parking more convenient and organized for visitors. The digital parking solution has been launched by B-Track Solutions Limited. The parking service in the museum area will operate from Thursday to Tuesday every day from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. On Fridays, the service will be available from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Parking services will remain closed on Wednesdays, the museum’s weekly holiday.
Parking charges have been set at Tk 30 for motorcycles, Tk 50 for cars, and Tk 100 for MPVs, SUVs, and other large vehicles.
The service was officially launched on the museum premises on Sunday, March 8. As a result, visitors can now easily access parking facilities through app-based online booking and management. Not only museum visitors, but any driver from the surrounding areas will also be able to park their cars or motorcycles here by paying the designated fee.
The “Yes Parking” platform has been designed to allow users to easily find available parking spaces, make advance bookings, and pay parking fees directly through the app. Officials said that with real-time updates and easy navigation features, the system will ensure a seamless and hassle-free parking experience for visitors.
In this regard, Mohammad Tanvir Siddiqui, Chief Executive Officer of B-Track Solutions Limited, said, “Digital solutions like Yes Parking will ensure a more comfortable experience for visitors. At the same time, it will provide a reliable parking facility for commuters in the surrounding areas. Ensuring smart management at this important cultural site in the capital is a significant step toward improving civic services.”
To book parking spaces in advance, users can download the Yes Parking app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and complete registration. Additionally, visitors will also have the option to book parking directly with the assistance of “Yes Parking” agents stationed at the museum entrance.
According to the stakeholders, this initiative at the Bangladesh Military Museum will serve as a new milestone in implementing smart urban services and pave the way for technology-driven parking management at other important sites across the country in the future.
