The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) will jointly organize the “Digital Device and Innovation Expo–2026” from January 28 to 30 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFSCC), Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.

The inaugural ceremony will be graced by Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus as the Chief Guest. Due to the Chief Adviser’s busy schedule, the previously announced start date of January 29 has been moved to January 28 for the three-day event, according to the organizers, including the BCS.

The executive and organizing committees of BCS finalized the arrangements during a meeting held on January 13. Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser for the Ministry of Post, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, will attend the inauguration as a Special Guest.

The expo aims to showcase Bangladesh’s technology-driven industrialization, digital innovation, domestic technology production capabilities, and potential in global markets. Organizers expect the event to provide a platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and partnerships among local and international investors, tech entrepreneurs, innovators, and the younger generation.
