CXO Champions Change and Sustainability

The CXO Global Alliance, a professional network of top executives in Bangladesh, organized two separate panel discussions on “Situational Leadership” and “Youth for a Sustainable Future,” focusing on leadership development and sustainable growth.

The Situational Leadership training session was conducted by internationally certified master trainer Md. Asaduzzaman, who discussed effective strategies for leadership adaptability, assessing team competence, and delegating responsibilities according to situational demands.

The panel discussion titled Youth for a Sustainable Future featured Engineer A. F. M. Fahmidur Rahman Oni (President, JCI Dhaka United, and Director, FSS Energy Limited), Engineer Shahidur Rahman (Country Manager, Jinko Solar), and Engineer Shahadat Hossain Sadi (Deputy Country Director, Veneklasen Associates).

Held on the evening of November 1, the session explored youth leadership development, innovative thinking, and the corporate sector’s role in achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Speakers shared their experiences and perspectives on empowering young professionals to lead with purpose and responsibility.

The event concluded with a seafood barbecue networking dinner attended by prominent industry leaders, alliance members, and distinguished guests.

In his closing remarks, Faruk Ahmed, Founding President of the CXO Global Alliance, expressed gratitude to the participants and emphasized, “CXO Global Alliance will continue to work toward leadership development and sustainable advancement in Bangladesh’s corporate landscape.”
