Vacant Varsity Seats in Agri Cluster Filled Through Fresh Merit List
A new merit list has been published on Sunday, July 6, for admission into vacant seats at five universities under the Agriculture Cluster for the academic year 2024–25. The list includes candidates from the waiting list, selected based on merit and their preferred university and degree choices.
The five universities with remaining vacancies are: Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Sylhet Agricultural University, Khulna Agricultural University, Habiganj Agricultural University, and Kurigram Agricultural University.
According to an official notice, “The 7th auto-migration process for the 2024–25 undergraduate (honours)/bachelor's level admission under the Agriculture Cluster has been completed. Based on the remaining vacant seats, the results have now been published for eligible candidates on the waiting list, following their merit order and preferences.”
As per the newly published results, 31 candidates have been offered admission at Patuakhali Science and Technology University, 16 at Sylhet Agricultural University, 44 in two departments of Khulna Agricultural University, 42 in two subjects at Habiganj Agricultural University, and the highest number—54—in two departments of Kurigram Agricultural University.
