State Minister for ICT left Dhaka for Delhi

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak has left Dhaka today for New Delhi, India to participate in the Raisina Dialogue 2022. The dialogue will be held on April 25-27 at the Taj Palace in New Delhi. The Minister of State will be the Speaker of the panel discussions on “Diminished Democracies: Big Tech, Red Tech and Deep Tech” and “Banking the Next 2 Billion: Digitally Financing the Road to the SDGS”. The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral flagship conference. This Dialogue on International Geopolitics has been held annually in New Delhi, India since 2016. The dialogue was attended by heads of state, ministers, chief executives of the private sector and local government officials as well as various global policy makers from around the world. The Minister of State for ICT will hold bilateral meetings with the Minister of Electronics and Information Technology (MEIT) of India and senior officials of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on IT&E (Information Technology and Electronics) and Cyber ​​Security Cooperation will also be signed between Bangladesh and India. The state minister will participate in the "Bangladesh-India IT Summit 2022" to be held in Agartala on April 28-29 and will visit Tripura Hi-Tech Park and meet the Chief Minister and concerned ministers of the state of Tripura. He is scheduled to return to the country on April 30.
