The hospital’s pediatric cardiology department also provides free devices, balloons, and essential treatment support for children suffering from congenital heart diseases.
Clinical and Interventional Pediatric Cardiologist Dr. Tahera Nazreen said, “Globally, 8 to 12 children out of every 1,000 are born with congenital heart disease. In our country, treatment availability is still insufficient compared to the need. Evercare Hospital’s pediatric cardiology department continues to provide uninterrupted care to children nationwide. We especially strive to offer world-class services free of cost to underprivileged children. To strengthen this humanitarian initiative, we call for greater collaboration between government and private institutions.”
