Esports Excellence: YUNET Arena Invitational 2026 Concludes with Multi-Discipline Finals

The competitive e-gaming tournament YUNET Esports Arena Invitationals 2026 in Bangladesh concluded with an offline grand finale. A total of 384 e-sports athletes from 64 teams participated in this year’s tournament.

The grand finale was held on Friday, April 10, across four disciplines at the Smart Zahir Tower Auditorium in Agargaon, Dhaka.

In the final round, Ascendens emerged as champions in League of Legends, defeating Mind Over Mechanics by 3–0 rounds. In Counter-Strike 2, Red Vipers secured the title in dominant fashion by defeating BUESC 3–2 in a thrilling contest.

In the mobile gaming category, CMF Esports claimed the Honor of Kings title with a 4–1 victory over NSU DOE. Meanwhile, in Call of Duty Mobile, Eradication achieved a 3–0 win against Arcane to secure the championship.

Organized by Youth Upskill Network – YUNET under the philosophy “For the community, by the community,” the closing ceremony was attended by Bangladesh Computer Samity President Zahirul Islam as the chief guest. Special guests included Khaled Faisal Chowdhury, Charter President of Rotary Club of Gulshan One, and Agha Rafsan, General Secretary of BYDESA.

Speaking about the event, Muhammad Altamish Nabil, Co-founder and Chief Executive of Youth Upskill Network – YUNET, said the initiative aims to build a self-sustaining esports ecosystem by connecting talent, technology, and corporate stakeholders. He noted that teams demonstrated exceptional skill and strategy across all game titles.

Co-founder and COO Mahir Ashef added that the growth of esports in Bangladesh requires not only tournaments but also mentorship, infrastructure, and the development of an inclusive community.

Supported by Airtel, Corsair, Elgato, PowerPac, Jadupc, and Bash Internet, along with various community partners, the event concluded with a vibrant closing ceremony. Referees, casters, and organizers were honored for transforming the passion project into a professional-standard sporting event.
