Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar has commented that there has always been a corner in the success of the postal department's mobile financial service
‘Nagad’. He said
‘Nagad’ is fulfilling its national duty as a service of postal department. The minister requested not to be misled by any kind of propaganda.

On Sunday (August 28), the statement of the Minister was presented in a press release signed by Shefait Hassan, Information and Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology. It is said that the attention of the Telecommunication Minister Mr. Mustafa Jabbar has been drawn to the inaction of a quarter, regarding the mobile financial service
‘Nagad’ of the postal department.
The Minister said, since March 26, 2019, we have been noticing that, at the success of the postal department's mobile financial service
‘Nagad’, a quarter is not at all happy. While
‘Nagad’ has boosted the country's mobile financial services and costs are at a decade-low, it's predictable whose interests are being hurt.
The minister questioned and said that “Because of
‘Nagad’, crores of marginal people of the country could come to economic inclusion, as a result of which today the low income people of the country including children, women, elderly and widows are getting all kinds of government benefits sitting at home digitally, with 100% transparency. Who is harmed?”
It needs to be clarified that there is no loss to the Department of Posts for
‘Nagad’, nor will there be any loss.
‘Nagad’ is fulfilling its national duty as a service of postal department. The minister also requested not to be misled by misinformation and not to listen to rumours.
According to the statement, every step of
‘Nagad’is being conducted in accordance with the laws and rules of the state, there is no room for irregularities, so no one should try to muddle the water for their own interests.
‘Nagad’ serves the country; it’s a service rendered by the Postal Department. For the people of the country, Stay With
‘Nagad’.
