Expatriate Bangladeshis, as well as British, are now showing interest in investing in the country's technology sector. In this case, they are showing the most interest in investing in product diversification, education, health, fintech, digital commerce and logistics. Bangladesh is also holding a roadshow at the Bangladesh Investment Summit at Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, the capital of the United Kingdom. The Investment Summit was organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Investment Development Authority and the Bangladesh High Commission in London on Thursday (November 4) in the morning (local time) in London. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was involved in it online. Being connected, she said, all obstacles in the path of business are being removed, expatriate Bangladeshis can invest in the country with foreigners in peace. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Prince Charles, the heir to the British throne, greeted Bangladesh online at the event. According to them, this development of Bangladesh will play a role in strengthening relations in the next fifty years. On the other hand, Zunaid Ahmed Palak, state minister for ICT Ministry said from the venue, Nokia is now planting in the high-tech park. Genex from the UK has already invested there. Today we know the interest of many investors, who have to invest in high-tech parks. We are very hopeful that we will be able to start a lot more investment opportunities from this roadshow. Palak also impressed the investors with his sharp talent in a panel discussion where top bosses of some multi-national companies and angel investors were present. Despite being the youngest speaker on the show, he was at the center of his speaking style and presentation.
