Commemorating two decades of pioneering innovation in global gaming hardware, ASUS Bangladesh hosted a premier exhibition and product launch in Dhaka celebrating the 20th anniversary of its flagship brand, the Republic of Gamers (ROG). Anchored around the theme "Dare to Innovate," the showcase on 14 October 2026 highlighted ROG's technological milestones over the past twenty years, drawing premier esports athletes, tech analysts, and computing industry stakeholders.

In an official press release issued on Thursday, 15 October 2026, the tech giant announced the domestic rollout of its latest flagship gaming laptop portfolio. The newly launched hardware roster features the ROG Zephyrus Duo (GX651), Zephyrus G14 (GU405), Zephyrus G16 (GU606), and the ASUS TUF Gaming 16 (FX610).

The flagship highlight of the showcase was the dual-screen ROG Zephyrus Duo, engineered with twin 16-inch premium OLED displays. The dual-panel configuration allows competitive gamers to maintain core gameplay on the primary screen while running live broadcast controls, streaming software, or game guides on the secondary workspace. The setup similarly serves digital content creators handling intricate editing timelines and complex graphics workflows. For mobility-conscious power users, the ultra-slim Zephyrus G14 and G16 combine high performance within portable enclosures, while the TUF Gaming 16 delivers rugged chassis durability for rigorous gaming sessions.

Complementing the hardware portfolio, ASUS formally launched "ROG Showdown," an open online national esports tournament featuring a cumulative cash prize pool of Tk 1 lakh. Gamers from across the country are eligible to participate, with team registration criteria and fixture schedules set to go live across official ASUS and ROG digital social channels.

ASUS Business Development Manager Md. Al Fuad stated that ROG has consistently pushed the boundaries of gaming technology over the last twenty years. Emphasizing Bangladesh's dynamic and expanding gaming demographic, he affirmed that ASUS remains committed to equipping local talents with world-class computing gear while providing competitive platforms to nurture them toward the global esports stage, official sources confirmed.
