Evaly founder Russell met the DG of Directorate of National Consumers’ Right Protection
After being released on bail, Evaly's founder Mohammad Russell has been active not only to turn around the business but also to remove consumer dissatisfaction. On Monday, he went to the Directorate of National Consumers’ Protection to inquire about consumer complaints. It is said that there was a discussion with the Director General of Consumer Affairs AHM Safikuzzaman about the criticism and spreading of wrong information about him.
Before this, despite more than 6,500 consumer rights cases going on, the Consumer Directorate had written a letter to Evaly asking to know the reason why they started business without settling the cases. Seven working days are given to respond to the letter. As such, tomorrow, January 9, the letter will be answered.
Meanwhile, on the day that the letter was sent from the Directorate of Consumers’ Rights Protection, Evaly founder Mohammad Russell had a meeting with the board of directors formed by the government. According to the sources of the meeting, Evaly is doing business under government guidance. And Evaly offered to come out on bail and reduce the liability. It has received a positive response. Paying after receiving the product makes this offer more credible.
