At that time, he gave the most importance to ensuring the benefits of the citizens, determining the income from the invested money and analyzing the rationality of spending money on wastage. The state minister made it clear that no project will be continued if these three indicators are not passed. For this, he gave a warning message to the heads of ministries, subordinate departments and organizations.

Explaining the 6 I's for fostering, he said, integrity, efficiency, performance, regular interaction with stakeholders, investment attraction and IT and ITEEs export promotion should be increased. Through this, most importance should be given on increasing employment, export and investment within 5 years. These were not mere requests he made. He also warned that strict actions will be taken if the instructions are not followed and no excuses will be entertained in this connection.
Even though Cable Limited and Submarine Cable are making profit, but Palak also warned that companies under the ministry will be shut down if they do not come back to the flow of profitability by June 30. He said that, companies must make profit. If you can't make it, those who are in charge will not also be there either; And we have to make some tough decisions about the companies. Things can't stay like this and will not be kept like this.
4 instructions
Giving 4 suggestions for companies, Palak added, ‘all must strengthen the process of profiling, product diversification, promotion and customer engagement’. He further added, “these 4 P's should be worked on. The plan must be submitted within 4 days. And by June 30, all companies have to make profit. There is no alternative.”
That's why everyone should have proper knowledge about their tasks. After that, there should be ownership and settlement activities. If you have these three qualities, no excuses will work. In next 5 years this department will be our pride.
