CUET-CNRD Collaboration for Cutting-Edge Naval Research
Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Center for Naval Research and Development (CNRD). Through this agreement, both institutions will jointly undertake research and training programs in the fields of marine and naval technology.
The MoU was signed on August 18 (Monday) at the CNRD Central Wardroom.
In the presence of CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mahmud Abdul Matin Bhuiya, the MoU was signed on behalf of CUET by Professor Dr. Md. Zahedul Islam, Head of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), while Captain Mahmudul Haque Majumder, Director of CNRD, signed on behalf of CNRD.
From CUET, Professor Dr. Md. Azad Hossain of the ETE Department attended the signing ceremony, while from CNRD, Commodore Superintendent Dockyard Commodore Md. Ruhul Minhaj, along with other senior officials of the organization, were present.
