Several instructions have also been outlined for prospective students. According to the notice, “Applicants must be physically present for subject selection and confirmation of admission. They must bring the original transcripts of both SSC and HSC examinations.” Additionally, an admission fee of BDT 14,900 must be paid on-site, and students are required to submit valid documentation of their blood group. Subject allocation will be made based on merit ranking among the present candidates.

The notice further clarifies that “for applicants who have applied to multiple units, if admission is completed in one unit and a subsequent opportunity arises in another, only the subject will be changed. There will be no need to repay the admission fee.”
